Terms & Conditions

• Stay extension will be on pro-rata basis. Check-in time is 1400 HRS and check-out time is 1100 HRS.
• Early morning check-in by train will be subject to extra room night charge on CPAI plan from previous night.
• Follow the rules of the resort - Any breakage or harm to property will be punishable and chargeable.
• No refunds will be made for any unused package nights.
• Personal ID mandatory for check-in - (Govt. issued any ID is valid).
• Above given rates not valid for Long weekends & New Year period.

Cancellation Policy

• Till 15 days before check-in date: NIL cancellation
• 15 to 07 days before check-in date: 25% cost towards Room Package
• 07 to 03 days before check-in date: 50% cost towards Room Package
• 03 days before check-in date: 100% cost towards Room Package
